ClassBedroom Barcelona Beach Apartments can accommodate 2 people per apartment. They allow families and groups of friends to enjoy independent accommodation in the heart of The Catalan capital.

The apartments location is near to train, metro and bus services, meaning that you can easily visit the many cultural sights of this inspiring city. Las Ramblas and the lively district of El Born are only a few minutes walk away.

This historic fishing district is also a short distance from the Olympic Port.

Online Check-in:
• As required by Barcelona law,occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online.
• A damage deposit of €200 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.

Upon Arrival:
• There will be no personal welcome at the apartment.
• Access codes for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.

Additional Rules:
• Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, areallowed.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests mustexceed the number originally booked.
• Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise attimes to respect neighboring residents.
• Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment andits furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
