- Smoking isALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or being aware of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or gatherings areALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint andor the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)
